TSXDEZ12D2 Schneider Relay Module TSXDEZ12D2 is a programmable logic controller (PLC) module launched by Schneider Electric, belonging to its Micro series. It adopts a discrete input design and supports 24V DC input. It is connected in a half height format through screw terminal blocks and can be configured as discrete input, latch input, event triggered input, or up/down counter input. It is suitable for signal acquisition and processing tasks in industrial automation control scenarios. Its modular design facilitates system integration and expansion, and can be used in conjunction with other components of Schneider PLC series to build a complete automation control system. Technical specifcations for TSXDEZ12D2 Input features: Supports 24V DC input, with half height format
connection achieved through screw terminal blocks. The input can be
configured as discrete input, latch input, event triggered input,
or up/down counter input, among other functional modes. Configuration flexibility: The first four inputs of the discrete I/O module on the first slot of the TSX Micro PLC can be configured with functions as needed, for example, inputs that can be configured as latch inputs include inputs% I1.0 to% I1.3; The inputs that can be configured as event triggered inputs include inputs% I1.0 to% I1.3; The inputs that can be configured as up and down counter inputs include inputs% I1.0 to% I1.3. Depending on the specific software configuration, up to 2 up/down counter channels can be created on these inputs, and each channel can independently complete operations such as up/down counting, bidirectional counting, etc., with or without direction discrimination. Control and Backup: Input% I1.8 can be set to control the RUN/STOP commands of the PLC, with control on the rising edge, and the stop command on the input has higher priority than the run command sent from the terminal or network; Input% I1.9 can be set on the rising edge to backup the application program in the flash EPROM (in internal RAM) and up to 1000 words of% Mwi. Alarm output: On the PLC body unit, the output% Q2.0 can be configured to achieve alarm function. When the PLC is in operation and no errors are detected, the alarm output status is 1. It can be used for external safety circuits of the PLC, such as controlling the power output of pre actuators or TSX Micro PLC power output. Wiring method: The screw terminal block connection module is equipped with a cover to ensure accurate installation and safe operation of the screw. Each terminal on the screw terminal block can be connected through bare wire, cable end wire, or wire on a closed/open tap. The capacity of each terminal is up to 2 1mm ² (AWG 17) with cable end, or 1 1.5mm ² (AWG 15) without cable end, or 1 open or closed 1mm ² tap (AWG 17). More Products In Stock:
