140NOA61110C Schneider Relay Module 140NOA61110C is a module developed by Schneider Electric for industrial automation systems. It is typically used as a fieldbus or network communication module, supporting data exchange with distributed I/O devices or other third-party products. INTERBUS fieldbus protocol, used for communication with distributed
sensor and actuator devices in master/slave topologies. The maximum number of input/output points that can be processed is 4096, which can be distributed across 512 slave devices on the fieldbus. The data transmission rate of INTERBUS is 500 kilobits per second, and the data is transmitted to the Quantum CPU for logical processing in each scanning cycle. The bus module supports up to 3 INTERBUS bus modules in the local Quantum motherboard. The transmission distance uses remote bus technology, and the total transmission distance of data between all 512 devices reaches 12.8 kilometers (8 miles). The communication mode and voltage level communicate in full duplex mode, and the voltage level on the Quantum remote bus is RS-485. Multiple LED indicator lights are equipped to display the module's readiness status, communication status with Quantum CPU, INTERBUS function status, bus segment operation status, processor fault status, remote bus fault status, peripheral bus fault status, node fault status, etc. Driver and instruction support require a loadable driver ULEX that provides 256 input data registers and 256 output data registers for each logical scan. A ULEX instruction can support up to 3 140NOA61110C modules. In addition, PCP communication is also supported, using two 984 ladder logic loadable instructions, ICNT and ICOM, to establish a connection to the slave device and complete communication.
