140EHC10500 Schneider Relay Module 140EHC10500 is a high-speed counter module launched by Schneider
Electric, belonging to the Quantum automation platform. The module
is equipped with five channels, supports discrete incremental
counter inputs, and can achieve pulse counting up to 100kHz at 5V
or 24V voltage. It is also equipped with four operating modes:
32-bit event counter, 32-bit differential counter, and 16 bit
repeat counter. The count value is transmitted in real-time to the
CPU through asynchronous update mechanism, making it suitable for
high-speed pulse counting scenarios. The module adopts a modular
design, supports local rack installation, is equipped with five LED
channel status indicator lights, and has address requirements for
12 input words and 12 output words. The working voltage is 30V DC,
the maximum input current is 7mA, the output voltage range is
20-30V DC, the load current is 0.21A, and the insulation strength
between each channel and the bus reaches 500Vrms (60 seconds). It
integrates output short-circuit protection function, with a power
consumption of ≥ 6W and a bus current requirement of 250mA. When
powered externally, the 24V DC current consumption is ≤ 1140mA. The
product has passed multiple international certifications such as
ABS, CSA, C-Tick, DNV, GL, GOST, LR, RINA, RRS, UL, etc., ensuring
reliable operation in industrial environments.
