BMXEHC0800 Schneider Relay Module BMXEHC0800 is an 8-channel high-speed counter module from Schneider
Electric's Modicon M340 series, designed specifically for
industrial automation scenarios. It supports 24V DC sensor and
10-30V DC incremental encoder signal input, with
single-phase/two-phase signal acquisition capabilities. The maximum
input frequency of a single channel can reach 60kHz (specific mode
10kHz), compatible with 2-wire/3-wire 24V proximity sensors and
push-pull 10/30V incremental encoders. It can achieve multiple
modes such as up/down counting, frequency measurement, periodic
table, pulse width modulation (PWM), and 32-bit counting. The
module adopts industrial grade IP20 protection design, supports hot
swapping, and can be flexibly installed in any slot of the Modicon
M340 rack (except for power and processor slots). Through Unity Pro
Software configuration channel parameters are integrated into
complex control systems, suitable for production line counting
(such as unwinding machine empty coil alarm, small component
picking counting), motion control (such as single electronic cam
dynamic threshold setting, speed closed-loop control), as well as
high-frequency signal monitoring and feedback in power systems,
heavy machinery, petrochemicals and other fields.
