Principle and application
The oxygen nitrogen and hydrogen in metal and non-metallic solid
materials are detected by inert gas melting principle. In the
determination of oxygen nitrogen and hydrogen, the weighed sample
is placed in a graphite crucible and melted by heating in helium
gas (argon gas can be used for single oxygen measurement) airflow
at high temperature. The oxygen in the sample reacts with the
carbon in the graphite crucible to form carbon monoxide (CO), and
the nitrogen in the sample escapes in the form of nitrogen gas.
These mixtures are sent to the converter by helium gas. Carbon
monoxide (CO) is converted to carbon dioxide (CO2), and nitrogen
does not react. After passing through the converter, the gas
mixture is sent to the infrared detection cell, where carbon
dioxide (CO2) (H2O) is detected. Then, after the carbon dioxide
(CO2) and water in the infra-red gas mixture are adsorbed, the
remaining nitrogen and helium gas mixture is detected through the
thermal conductivity detection cell. Rapid and accurate
determination of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen content in steel,
cast iron, alloys, copper, zirconium, titanium, rare earth
materials and other inorganic materials.
Non-dispersive infrared detection system was used for oxygen
analysis. Nitrogen analysis using high-precision thermal
conductivity detection system; Non-dispersive infrared detection
system was used for hydrogen analysis.

Infrared detection system
1, standard configuration oxygen, hydrogen analyzer equipped with
independent infrared absorption cell, according to user
requirements can be flexibly configured absorption cell length and
the number of channels;
2, detector: pyroelectric solid-state infrared detector, and
high-precision A/D sampling card, so that the whole machine has a
high detection sensitivity, can effectively detect ppm level oxygen
content;
3. Motor: the modulation system adopts high-precision stepper motor
controlled by single-chip microcomputer to achieve long-term
stability of modulation frequency;
4, light source: infrared light source selection of high
efficiency, long life precious metal micro infrared luminator and
gold plated metal mirror;
5. Constant temperature: the whole gas chamber is controlled by
constant temperature to ensure the constant temperature and
measurement accuracy. The temperature compensation semiconductor
detector is adopted to ensure that the instrument is very small and
the baseline is stable.

High precision thermal conductivity detection system
Using high sensitivity thermal conductivity detection cell, cell
current continuously adjustable, high precision amplifier and 24
bit A/D sampling card and other hardware to ensure the
determination of nitrogen content from ultra-low to large range.
Using low drift, high precision, large range, high sensitivity
thermal conductivity detector low failure rate, strong reliability,
good stability.
Imported high precision constant temperature control system,
thermal conductivity temperature control within 0.3℃.
The reference gas path adopts the microflow control with good
stability.

Pulse furnace
1, current 0 ~ 1500A, power: 10KVA, the highest temperature is
higher than 3500℃.
2, pulse electrode furnace heating temperature is high, the use of
program control power, can provide constant power heating, slope
heating, subsection heating and other program heating methods,
improve the analysis accuracy. It is suitable for rapid analysis of
low melting point materials such as aluminum alloy to high melting
point materials such as tungsten alloy. The electrode is suitable
for various types of crucible, according to the release of
different samples, can choose a variety of crucible including set
crucible, high temperature crucible, effectively reduce the user's
use cost. The electrode cooling system adopts a single circulation
independent cooling system, which can be directly connected with
external circulating water or external water cooling device, with
good cooling effect and high reliability.

Air path
1, the integrated design of the whole machine, the space is open,
the connection route of the air system is greatly reduced, the
whole air system is more simple and reliable. Air circuit
components including solenoid valve, cylinder, air circuit pipe,
air circuit joint are all imported components, solenoid valve life
of more than one million times. The unique lifting system dual-axis
guiding cylinder ensures the smooth lifting and lowering of the
electrode, ensures the good contact between the graphite crucible
and the upper electrode, and ensures the uniform force of the
graphite crucible, which is conducive to long-term high temperature
heating. Automatic blanking furnace head with air curtain
protection, automatic air purging mechanism, effectively guarantee
the analysis accuracy of oxygen and nitrogen elements. The furnace
head is split structure, easy to disassemble and replace the upper
and lower electricity, and the lower electrode is made of high
temperature alloy material, long service life, low cost.
2, the design of the injection system is open, its advantage is
that pollutants are discharged from the top of the furnace, do not
enter the system, easy to operate. The micro-flow sensor is used to
achieve high precision flow control, and the influence of the
analysis airflow change on the analysis is minimized.
