Working principle:

The annular halogen lamp ensures uniform heating of the sample, easy operation and accurate measurement.When measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen moisture tester USES the annular tube halogen heating method to rapidly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture tester continuously measures and immediately displays the lost moisture content % of the sample. After the drying procedure is completed, the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed.Compared with the international oven heating method, halogen heating can dry the sample evenly and quickly at high temperature, and the sample surface is not easy to be damaged. The detection results of the halogen heating method have good consistency with the national standard oven method and are substitutable, and the detection efficiency is much higher than that of the oven method.Intelligent operation, the general sample only takes a few minutes to complete the determination.The equipment operation is simple, accurate test, show part adopts LCD display - make the screen more clear and bright, clear value, it can display the moisture value respectively, samples of initial value and final value, determination of time, temperature, initial and final value and other data, and with the computer, printer connectivity, print data after it is in conformity with the GLP standard output.
