Product Introduction
This multi-functional friction and wear testing machine is
applicable to the SH/T0190-92 method for determining the friction
coefficient of liquid lubricants, the GB12444.1-90 method for metal
wear testing, and the GB3960-83 method for plastic sliding friction
and wear testing. It can conduct wear resistance performance tests
for various metal materials and non-metal materials (such as nylon,
plastic, etc.) under various states such as sliding friction,
rolling friction, rolling-sliding combined friction, and
intermittent contact friction. It can also simulate various tests
for different materials under different friction conditions,
including wet friction, dry friction, and abrasive wear. It can
measure the friction coefficient of various materials.
This multi-functional friction and wear testing machine is equipped
with a computer data processing system, which can display real-time
parameters such as test force, friction torque, friction
coefficient, and test time, and can record various test curves such
as friction coefficient - time. Due to its numerous functions,
simple and reliable structure, convenient use, and the
establishment of multiple standard test methods on this model,
which are widely used abroad, it has very extensive applications in
the field of frictional studies both at home and abroad.
