Product Introduction
This disc friction wear testing machine features a lower-mounted
rotating spindle and two loading methods at the upper part: direct
and indirect. This design effectively reduces the error of test
force under small loads. During the test, various metal and
non-metal materials (plastics, nylon, etc.) can be made into
disc-type or double-ring type, with ring-disc type contact samples.
These samples can undergo end-face sliding friction tests on this
disc friction wear testing machine to determine the wear
performance of various materials under selected loads and speeds.
It can also measure the friction coefficient of various materials.
This testing machine is suitable for enterprises' detection and
research departments to conduct comprehensive comparative studies
