Basic Function Features

Standard Feature Functions
1. Load: Directly and real-time measure the contact load without any
conversion, in accordance with the specific requirements of various
standards such as ISO/ASTM/GB/SH;

operational errors.
High-end configuration with upgradeable functions
1. Fully automatic: High level of automation. After installing the
sample, it can directly enter the fully automatic test (only
requiring 2 buttons).
2. Accuracy: The load and friction force can be self-calibrated
upon startup. The friction force can also be enhanced in accuracy
by using dual sensors.
3. Abrasion Spot: The diameter of the abrasion spot directly shows the
reference value, allowing for quick determination of the level
(without the need for a microscope);
4. Judgment: Multi-directional online detection of PB and PD,
enhancing accuracy and extending equipment lifespan (protection at
the millisecond level);
5. Extended functions: Capable of conducting rapid friction
coefficient step tests (SH0762/ASTM5183) and converting KRL
lubricant shear tests (SH0845);
