High-Temperature Material Property Analyzer Refractoriness Tester
for Molding Materials
1.Description:
This instrument is a high-temperature, transmission projection
device used for measuring the sintering point temperature and
refractoriness of molding materials such as raw sand, mixtures,
glass and ceramic raw materials. It enables the tester to clearly
observe on the mirror screen the volume shrinkage, expansion
purification and complete transformation of the material sample
under high temperature conditions, as well as the corresponding
temperatures at which various situations occur. It is widely used
in the casting, ceramics, glass industries, as well as in teaching
and research departments. This instrument complies with the
requirements for instruments in the GBT7322-2017 standard for the
test method of refractoriness of refractory materials.According to
the user's requirements, a CCD camera and computer image processing
system can be configured. All test operations can be completed
through the computer interface. The operation is convenient, easy
to learn and comes with a complete set of software.
2.Configuration
This instrument is composed of a high-temperature furnace
(silicon-molybdenum rod furnace), a camera device, an electrical
control box, a sample preparation device, and a computer.
