Shell High Temperature Self-Weight Deformation Testing Device
1.Description:
This device complies with HB/T 5352.2-2004 "Test Method for Shell
Performance of Mold Casting - Part 2: Measurement of High
Temperature Self-Weight Deformation". The electric furnace part
uses mullite fiber furnace chamber material instead of the
traditional furnace body refractory bricks, which has good
insulation performance, is resistant to rapid cooling and heating,
has a fast heating rate, and a low surface temperature of the
furnace body. It features energy saving, time-saving, high thermal
efficiency, reliable performance, and light weight. Using U-shaped
silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, they are easy to
replace and are distributed on both sides of the furnace chamber to
ensure the uniform temperature inside the furnace. It adopts PID
multi-program control temperature instrument, which performs
intelligent program temperature control and has high temperature
control accuracy. It is also a new generation of high-efficiency
and energy-saving electric furnace for powder metallurgy, medicine,
ceramics, chemical industry, sintering, casting blocks and metal
heat treatment in scientific research universities and
institutions, industrial and mining enterprises.
2.Configuration
One electric furnace body (including control part), one B-type
thermocouple, one GM1800 silicon-molybdenum rod set, one
high-temperature pad, and one set of corundum sample holder.
