High-temperature Reciprocating Friction Laboratory Machine Product Introduction The reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is a fully
upgraded product. It is a widely used reciprocating friction and
wear testing machine, mainly used for researching the friction
performance of materials or surface coatings. The equipment
features stable and reliable adjustment of reciprocating stroke,
wide adjustment range, high measurement accuracy of friction force,
and diverse testing forms. The main friction pairs of this machine adopt standard ball
friction and configurable pin-disc friction. It can realize various
choices of friction pairs such as reciprocating and rotating of
ball-disc-pin-disc, as well as ring-to-ring friction. The main body
of the testing machine adopts computer detection and control. The
dedicated friction and wear testing software developed by Lonroy
based on high-speed industrial control can draw real-time curves of
various parameters. The point acquisition frequency can reach up to
100 KHZ, thereby effectively achieving dynamic and effective
detection of the process and improving the measurement accuracy of
friction force, test force, etc. The software has parameter
over-limit preset shutdown or alarm protection. The instrument is
ingeniously designed, convenient for installation and debugging,
