Metal Ring Block Friction and Wear Testing Equipment
Product Introduction
The ring block friction and wear testing machine uses the method of
linear contact sliding friction to test the friction and wear
performance of the samples. The working principle is as follows:
the driving part is a standard rotating ring, and the driven part
is a fixed standard-sized rectangular block. By measuring the width
of the strip-shaped wear marks on the rectangular block of the
passive sample under different loads, as well as the friction force
and friction coefficient between the friction pairs of materials,
the bearing capacity of the lubricant and the friction and wear
performance of the friction pairs of materials can be evaluated. It
can also be used to evaluate the lubrication performance of various
lubricants under oil immersion lubrication conditions, especially
suitable for the simulation evaluation of the anti-abrasion
performance of medium and high-end automotive gear oils, and can be
used for the wear performance research of various metals,
non-metals and coatings.
