Product Introduction
The LR-MVF friction and wear testing machine operates under a
certain contact pressure, featuring rolling, sliding or a combined
motion of rolling and sliding. It has a continuously variable speed
system and can be used to evaluate the friction and wear properties
of materials such as lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings,
rubber, ceramics, etc., at extremely low or high speeds. For
example, it can conduct tests on the friction functions of
low-speed disc (with large and small discs, single needle and three
needles), the long-term anti-wear performance of four-ball, the
rolling contact fatigue of four-ball, the lubrication performance
of ball-bronze three-layer, as well as the tests of thrust washers,
ball-disc, mudstone wear, and the lip sealing torque and
adhesive-slip friction performance of rubber sealing rings. By
matching the reciprocating module, it can achieve reciprocating
friction and wear motion. This testing machine has broad
application prospects in various technical fields of tribology,
petrochemicals, machinery, energy, metallurgy, aerospace, various
colleges and universities, and research institutes (labs).
