Product Introduction
This series of horizontal hard support balancing machines use
roller support and belt drive, with industrial control computers
for data processing, real-time display of unbalance value, phase
angle and real-time speed. The bed is integrally cast, providing
good stability. As it uses relatively soft flat belts to drive the
workpiece, there is no additional unbalance interference, so the
measurement accuracy is high and the structure is simple. It is
widely used in industries such as electric motors, fans, diesel
engines, and automotive parts. It can perform balance measurements
on single, double, and multiple correction surfaces. It is suitable
for shafts, discs, and rotors with extended centers of gravity. It
features high efficiency, accurate precision, intuitive display,
reliable quality, and convenient maintenance, making it the
preferred choice for general dynamic balancing workpieces. The
software has two calibration functions for ordinary workpieces and
standard rotors, overcoming the difficulty for users of other hard
support balancing machines to calibrate the equipment themselves.
It also offers multiple measurement methods and functions to choose
from, and can achieve parameter input, preview, test, result
storage, printing, and operation with all Chinese menu structures,
human-computer interaction, and automatic prompts.
