1.Product Introduction
The GA-5Q Material Interface Pulling Performance Testing
Instrument is a test instrument used for measuring the
interface pulling performance of materials. It has a precise
structure and stable performance, featuring pneumatic clamping and
automatic operation. The instrument's functions are controlled by a
computer, which can display the load-extension curve during fiber
stretching in real time and store the test results for data
analysis.
The load measurement range of the instrument is 0 - 100 cN, the
clamping distance is 10 - 50 mm, the moving stroke of the lower
clamping device is 100 mm, the test speed is 1 - 100 mm/min. It can
conduct single-fiber pulling experiments (pull-out tests) to study
the interface adhesion performance of materials. It has now been
widely applied in research institutions such as Donghua University
and Jiangnan University.
This instrument complies with national standards GB/T 14337,
international standards ISO 5079 and the test method standards of
the International Chemical Fiber Standardization Bureau (BISFA),
and is suitable for the determination of the tensile properties of
various single chemical fibers and natural fibers.
