GKF-V Silicate Component Rapid Analyzer Element Tester
1.Description:
This instrument is a new type of photometric analyzer developed
based on the principle of photometric analysis. It adopts advanced
technology, enabling excellent linear accuracy in the high
concentration range. The computer data processing system is used,
which is more suitable for the simultaneous testing of multiple
samples (up to 10 samples can be tested at once). All knobs and
switches have been eliminated, and no adjustment of any knobs is
required. All functions are realized by software, with automatic
zero adjustment and automatic linear correction. This fundamentally
avoids the occurrence of mechanical failures, significantly
improving the stability of the instrument, and making the operation
simpler. It can basically achieve zero faults and zero maintenance.
It is particularly suitable for the systematic analysis of silicate
chemical components. It is also applicable to the detection fields
of refractory materials, building materials, and mineral resources
and their products.

main components of various non-ferrous metal minerals and alloys,
as well as chemical raw materials can be determined; Comprehensive
analysis of the main raw materials and finished products of cement.
3. Accuracy: The measurement accuracy of this equipment can meet or
exceed the requirements for accuracy stipulated in the national
analysis methods standards for related elements (GB/T4734-1996,
QB/T2578-2002).
4. Measurement channels: 3
5. Measurement stability: The reading variation should be within ±1
unit within 5 minutes.
6. Test repeatability: The readings of the same sample solution
