Product Introduction
The corrosion tensile and compressive testing machine is a device
designed for long-term testing of metallic materials. Equipped with
a corresponding environmental simulation system, it can conduct
"persistent" tests on metallic materials and is an indispensable

and production. This test control system is composed of the testing
machine mainframe, digital controller, salt spray environment test
chamber, salt spray generator, computer group control programming
and inspection system, etc. It is a high-tech product of
mechatronics. The mainframe adopts an electromechanical servo
mechanism composed of ball screws, reducers and AC servo motors to
load the sample. A high-precision and high-stability sensor
electrical measurement system is used to measure the force acting
on the sample and the resulting deformation. With the participation
of a computer, closed-loop control of force, deformation and
displacement of the sample can be carried out. The force or
deformation acting on the sample can be kept constant for a long
time. Periodic dynamic loads can also be applied to the sample
according to a certain program or waveform.
