1.Product Introduction
The GA-7Q yarn tensile strength tester is equipped with
computer-based functional control and is a testing instrument that
complies with international inspection standards. It features
pneumatic clamping and data processing capabilities. The structure
is precise, the operation is automatic, and the performance is
reliable. It is suitable for testing the tensile strength and
elongation of various short-fiber yarns and chemical fiber long
filaments.
It can be used for testing the breaking strength and breaking
elongation of synthetic fiber monofilaments, spandex, nylon,
polyester long filaments, stranded and combined filaments, and
deformed filaments.
The load measurement range of this instrument is 0-3000 cN or 0-200
N. There are two clamping distances of 500mm and 250mm, and the
test speed ranges from 0 to 1000mm/min.
This instrument has now been applied in large enterprises such as
Jilin Chemical Fiber, Baoding Chemical Fiber, Xinxiang Chemical
Fiber, Dandong Chemical Fiber, and Shandong Hailong, as well as
various provincial fiber inspection institutions.
