Programmable Touch-screen
Viscometers with Temperature Control is a combination of viscosity
measurement, temperature precision control in one. It breaks
through the existing market with constant temperature water tank,
viscosity measuring instrument, small amount of sample adapter to
form a split machine.
The change of viscosity of test
samples under different conditions is of great help in predicting
their rheological properties, while the control of temperature when
measuring viscosity helps to ensure the accuracy and comparability
of experimental results. The most important feature of the
instrument is the precise control of the sample temperature during
the entire testing process. The temperature control system consists
of a semiconductor and a built-in automatic optimized temperature
program control, which can control the temperature with an accuracy
of ±0.1°C. The operator can control the temperature either through
the instrument or through the temperature controller. The

Feature:
* It consists of a 7-inch wide touch screen main unit, a small
volume sample adapter (SSR) cylindrical sample sleeve and SC4
rotor, and a temperature controller;
* BGD 157 is able to display the shear rate and shear stress
indicators, which can be accurately measured under a certain shear
rate;
* Testing sample dosage is only 2ml~16ml, SC4 rotor cylindrical
geometry can provide very accurate viscosity measurement;
* Motorized lifting, precise positioning. Easy loading and
unloading of the small volume sample cylinder brings convenience to
the cleaning work.
* The small volume sample cylinder is closely matched to the
temperature controller for very accurate sample thermostatting.
* The stirring action of the rotor, coupled with the small sample
volume, minimizes sample temperature non-uniformity. The thermostat
time is greatly reduced.
* Password-protected temperature and viscosity correction
coefficients allow the user to correct the temperature and
viscosity correction coefficients to complete the self-calibration
of the instrument on the premise of having reliable and accurate
data.
* Support infinitely variable speed measurement of viscosity, input
any speed, are directly reflected in each rotor under the full
scale and shear rate, convenient for users to select the test
conditions.
* It can be easily programmed to control the rheometer to do the
rheological curve;
* Support external U disk data storage; single point, continuous,
timed three kinds of saving methods optional.
* The rest of the characteristics of viscosity measuring system are
the same as those of rheometer.
