building, which is far superior to ordinary steel in mechanical

composed of welded I-beams (tapered according to load distribution)
and bolted connections, with excellent seismic and wind resistance
performance — it can withstand seismic fortification intensity of

ensuring structural safety even in harsh environments. Flexible Space Layout: Without middle load-bearing columns, the
internal space can be freely divided and adjusted according to

complying with ISO 12944 and GB/T 15957 standards: Pre-treatment: All steel components are subjected to shot blasting
derusting to Sa2.5 level (surface roughness 40-75μm) in the
factory, removing oil, rust and oxide scale, laying a solid
foundation for anti-corrosion coating. Core Coating System: Adopt "epoxy zinc-rich primer + epoxy
micaceous iron intermediate paint + fluorocarbon/polyurethane
topcoat" system — zinc-rich primer (zinc content ≥80%) forms the
first anti-corrosion barrier, intermediate paint increases coating
thickness and shielding performance, and topcoat provides excellent
weather resistance and decoration, effectively resisting acid rain,
salt fog, industrial pollution and ultraviolet radiation. Optional Reinforced Protection: For harsh environments (coastal
areas, chemical industrial zones), hot-dip galvanizing treatment
can be added, which further improves corrosion resistance, making
the service life of the building reach 50-100 years, and reducing
