LOCTITER 620 is a one-part, green, high-viscosity, anaerobic
acrylic retaining compound designed for high-strength bonding of
cylindrical metal assemblies, featuring excellent high-temperature
resistance (up to 230°C).

The product cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal
surfaces, effectively preventing loosening and leakage caused by
shock and vibration. It is typically used for assembling shafts,
bushings, bearings, locating pins, and other cylindrical parts.
LOCTITER 620 has a viscosity of approx. 8,500 mPa·s, density 1.16
g/cm³, coefficient of thermal expansion 80*10⁻⁶ K⁻¹, thermal
conductivity 0.1 W/(m·K), medium to high strength, suitable for
approx. 0.2 mm clearance, and can be accelerated with activators.
Typical applications include: locating pins in radiator assemblies,
bearings in automotive transmissions, sleeves in pump housings,
gear-to-shaft assemblies, and pulleys/bushings in high-temperature
environments.
