Basic Properties​

Molykote High Vacuum Grease is an inorganic-thickened silicone grease, white to gray translucent. Unworked penetration 170-230 mm/10, worked penetration <260 mm/10. Designed for high-vacuum/extreme-temperature sealing in -40°C to 200°C, compliant with FDA 21 CFR 175.300.

Product Description​

Formulated with silicone oil + inorganic thickener. Features <0.5% bleed @200°C and <2.0% evaporation loss. Resists water/chemicals/acids/alkalis. Non-melting property prevents leakage in ultra-high vacuum (10⁻⁸ Torr).
