Basic Product Attributes​

Shin-Etsu KE-441 is a one-component, room-temperature curing, self-leveling silicone adhesive that forms a tough elastomer. It features low odor, neutral cure, non-corrosiveness, and excellent unprimed adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics.

Product Description​

KE-441 is designed for applications requiring rapid curing and high elasticity. Its self-leveling properties make it ideal for precision electronics sealing and form-in-place gasketing (FIPG). Cures in 7 days at 23°C/50% RH with a tack-free time of 60 minutes.

Special Features​

Electrical: Volume resistivity 5 TΩ·m, dielectric strength 20 kV/mm for insulation. Mechanical: Tensile strength 1.7 MPa, elongation 280%, hardness 20 Shore A. Temperature range: -40°C to +180°C.
