Myrtle essential oil is rich in eucalyptol, α-pinene, limonene and other substances, which can inhibit the overexpression of inflammatory factors, and have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Therefore, myrtle essential oil can help relieve joint inflammation and muscle soreness. It can be combined with lavender, Indian frankincense, and sandalwood to make a compound essential oil for massaging the affected area.
