     Mango cake is a dessert that combines the sweet sweetness of mango with the rich aroma of milk. It has a soft, glutinous and delicate texture, making it suitable for afternoon tea or as a snack. The production steps are: boiling sugar, stirring, cooling and shaping, cutting into pieces, and packaging.

     HANYUAN “Mango Cake Production Line” is mainly applied in the slice cutting of mango cake, donkey-hide gelatin pastry, dates&walnut pastry, mixing of dry&adhesive materials, forming&cooling&cutting, pillow packaging. This production line applies the Gas or Steam Planet-stirring-pot to concentrate the pastry gently. This production line adopts Air-conditioner cooling tunnel to actively cool the bar slab, which is suitable for the frozen forming of viscous and sticky materials. This production line adopts strip-cutting-knives, and servo-vertical-guillotine knife to cut the slab into slice. This production line adopts fully automatic pillow packaging with transverse&longitudinal separating roller to achieve the fast sorting and arrangement of bars, high-speed packaging.
