This machine is consisted of five parts: the feeding hopper, the multi-roller compressing part, the AC-cooling tunnel system, the cutting part, the cooling conveyor. 

    HY-CL560 Cutting Machine has multi-roller compressing structure to make uniform thickness. Feeding, paving, compressing, cooling, cutting, a sequence of production action. The cutting size can be adjusted to meet the needs of different specifications. Designed for sticky products, this machine has the active AC-cooling function. Variable frequency speed to achieve, automatic cutting, time-saving, economical.

1,The working speed can be controlled by PLC through frequency conversion. 

2,The thickness of the products can be controlled by the feeding device and the multi-roller compressing unit through changing the rollers’height.

3,The cooling capacity can be controlled by the temperature controller of the air-condition. 

4,The width of the candy can be controlled by the transverse knives unit.

5,The length of the candy can be controlled by the frequency of the rolling knife.
