TEMA CLASS R Combined Feed Effluent Exchanger for Hydroprocessing Unit
Introduction
Our Combined Feed Effluent Exchangers (CFEE) are engineered for maximum heat recovery in high-pressure,
high-temperature hydroprocessing environments (such as
hydrotreating and hydrocracking). By efficiently transferring heat
from the reactor effluent to the incoming combined feed, our heat
exchangers significantly reduce refinery energy consumption and
furnace fuel costs.
Technical advantage:
- Premium Material Selection for Hydrogen Service : Utilizes
high-grade Cr-Mo steels and stabilized stainless steels (e.g.,
TP321) to prevent Hydrogen Attack (HTHA) and sulfidation corrosion.
- Advanced Sealing Technology : Equipped with high-integrity bolted
flange connections and custom gaskets to ensure zero-leakage under
extreme thermal cycling and high pressures.
- Precision Tube-to-Tubesheet Joints : Strength welded and precision
expanded joints to eradicate crevice corrosion and guarantee
long-term mechanical reliability.
- 100% Non-Destructive Testing : All critical weld seams undergo
strict RT (Radiographic) and UT (Ultrasonic) testing, followed by
PWHT (Post-Weld Heat Treatment) to relieve residual stresses.

Yuhong Holding Group is top 5 manufacturer of heat exchanger,
pressure vessel, air cooler; We have strong documents system,
strict quality control which is based on 3 mills. We have our own
mills from tube production, finning process, and equipent
fabrication. That's why we are good at urgent project.
