Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Feed Water Heater Sectional Assembly
for Oil and Gas Industry
YUHONG is a premier manufacturer specializing in the custom
engineering and fabrication of robust, high-performance Shell and
Tube Heat Exchangers. With a foundation built on decades of
mechanical engineering excellence, we serve as a critical partner
for industries requiring reliable thermal management under
demanding conditions. Our commitment extends beyond manufacturing;
we provide comprehensive thermal solutions from initial design
consultation to after-sales support.
Our certified workshops are equipped with heavy-duty machinery for
rolling, welding, and tube bundling, ensuring precision in every
component. We adhere to stringent international design and
fabrication codes, including ASME Section VIII Division 1, TEMA
standards (R, B, and C classes), and the PED 2014/68/EU. Every unit
undergoes rigorous quality checks and non-destructive testing
(NDT), such as radiography and ultrasonic testing, to guarantee
safety, durability, and leak-free operation. At YUHONG, we build
heat exchangers that are engineered to last, delivering consistent
performance and maximizing your return on investment.
