Quality control (QC) is a critical process in the manufacturing of saws to ensure that each product meets the required standards for safety, performance, and durability. Our QC procedures are designed to identify and eliminate defects, maintain consistency, and uphold the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The quality control process begins with the inspection of raw materials. Only high-grade steel and components that meet our specifications are approved for production. During the manufacturing process, each stage—cutting, heat treatment, sharpening, and assembly—is closely monitored by skilled technicians using calibrated measuring tools and precision equipment.
Blade hardness is tested to ensure optimal cutting performance and resistance to wear. Tooth geometry and sharpness are checked through automated and manual inspections to guarantee accurate and efficient cutting. Handle attachments are tested for strength and ergonomic comfort to enhance user safety and reduce fatigue.
Finished saws undergo a series of functional tests, including trial cutting on standard materials, to confirm that they meet performance expectations. Any units that fail to meet the criteria are either reworked or rejected.
In addition, batch samples are subjected to long-term durability tests, corrosion resistance assessments, and quality audits. All QC data is recorded for traceability and continuous improvement.
