We're concerned about the quality. Do you have any certificate for paper cups?
Yes. Our main markets are Canada, USA, and European countries. We've got relevent certificates. If you need other test reports, we could also apply it for you.

Do you provide samples?
Yes. Our stock samples will be sent for free, as long as you would like to pay for delivery cost. Extra cost will be charged for customized samples.

How many days can I get samples?
There're two sampling methods:
1)Digital print. It's fast and cheap-US$20 each size, and it takes about 3 days. We will print your design on a piece of paper,
and simply wrap it on the paper cup. It aims to help the clients to check the logo position
2)Traditional print. It costs US$130 each size, taking 7-10 days. The sampling process as same as production.

What's your payment term?
We prefer 40% deposit before production, rest payment before delivery. T/T, Western Union and PayPal all work. As PayPal's handle cost will be quite expensive for big amount, T/T or Western Union will be our first choice.
