Water-based Cleaning Agent Remove Machine Processing Oil The Hill machining oil cleaner is a water-based cleaning agent
formulated with a variety of imported surfactants, corrosion
inhibitors and other additives. It has strong emulsifying,
dispersing, penetrating and cleaning capabilities. It can
effectively remove various types of oil residues (such as cutting
fluid/oil, polishing wax, stamping oil, stretching oil, grinding
liquid) left on the machined surfaces of various workpieces. It is
non-corrosive to the workpiece surface, does not damage the
substrate, is non-toxic and pollution-free, and is safe to
operate. Application fields: Suitable for degreasing, descaling and wax removal cleaning of various workpiece components. Product Features

Process Flow Diagram Usage Instructions Dilute the concentrate proportionally to create the working
solution. Heat to 50-60°C and maintain constant temperature for
5-10 minutes, or perform ultrasonic cleaning for 2-3 minutes. For
heavily oil-contaminated workpieces, extend cleaning time or use
multi-chamber multiple-pass method for thorough cleaning. Application Fields Suitable for degreasing, descaling and wax removal cleaning of
