Efficiency
The HS-6388MFG’s vacuum system is a critical component, designed to
enhance both cleaning effectiveness and drying speed. It uses a
combination of liquid-ring pumps and roots pumps, tailored to the
needs of different tanks. The 3# and 4# vacuum precision cleaning
tanks share a "CNST" VG95/2.2KW liquid-ring pump, which creates a
vacuum environment to expel air from part surfaces, blind holes,
and gaps. This allows hydrocarbon solvent to fully infiltrate,
eliminating cleaning blind spots—a common issue in atmospheric
cleaning where air traps prevent solvent contact.
For the 5# and 6# vacuum drying tanks, the system is upgraded to a
two-stage configuration: Cuiman RT0.30S roots pumps (0.75KW for 5#,
1.75KW for 6#) paired with "CNST" VG155 liquid-ring pumps (4KW for
5#, 5.5KW for 6#). This setup achieves a higher vacuum degree,
triggering the "vacuum boiling effect"—where hydrocarbon solvent on
part surfaces boils at a lower temperature (due to reduced
pressure) and evaporates rapidly. As a result, drying time is
shortened to ≥5 minutes per basket, far faster than the 1-hour+
drying time of atmospheric methods.
The vacuum system also improves safety: by reducing oxygen
concentration in the machine, it eliminates the risk of hydrocarbon
solvent combustion (even when heated to above its flash point
during drying). SMC PSE-series vacuum gauges monitor vacuum levels
in real time, with the PLC adjusting pump operation to maintain
stable pressure. This precision ensures consistent cleaning and
drying results, even for large batches or complex parts.
