Main features of the Industrial Spray Washer:

The equipment tank is made of high quality SUS304 steel plate, and the bottom of the equipment tank is designed as a sloping funnel structure, and the mechanical and chemical properties should meet the industrial safety standards.

The whole line adopts touch screen operation man-machine interface, which can operate separately in manual mode and automatic mode. The man-machine interface includes alarm information interface. The alarm information categories include: liquid level alarm, over temperature alarm, motor overload alarm.

The equipment is a combination structure, easy to transport and installation, the bottom of the equipment has a foot cup.

A photoelectric sensor is installed at the outlet. When the workpiece is in place, the transmission of the cleaning machine will be stopped, and the transmission will continue after the product or cleaning basket is removed.

The device is equipped with a fog extraction port and all the fog extraction ports are connected to a total outlet.

All pump suction ports are equipped with filter heads to prevent the inhalation of sheet and strip materials.
