Product Overview
The chili box dryer is a batch-type drying equipment operating on the principle of hot air circulation. Fresh or washed chili peppers are evenly spread on trays, pushed into the drying chamber, and the door is closed. Upon startup, the heat source generates clean hot air. Driven by a circulation fan, this air penetrates the chili layer evenly and slowly, drawing out moisture from within the peppers. The moisture is expelled through the exhaust vent. This cycle continues until the peppers reach the preset dryness level (typically achieving a final moisture content of approximately 12%-15%).
