Description

This product is an environmentally friendly interior wall paint made of liquid inorganic silicate as a bonding material and other environmentally friendly materials. It can fully penetrate into the tiny pores in the cement substrate, so that the coating film and the wall are integrated. This product has good fire resistance and scrub resistance, and has strong air permeability and antibacterial and mildew resistance, and the decorative effect is long-lasting.

Product Features

1. Fire retardant: The fireproof grade reaches A1, it will not burn when exposed to high temperature, and will not produce harmful gases.
2. Super scrub resistance: The number of scrubbing times is ≥20,000 times.
3. Good stain resistance: The stain resistance grade reaches I grade.
4. Good air permeability: The coating film is transparent and has super air permeability. The moisture inside the building can evaporate freely to the outside, keeping the wall dry.
5. Moisture-proof and mildew-proof: The mildew-proof grade reaches 0, which inhibits the growth of mold on the wall due to moisture.

 Applications

 Construction method

Construction method: rolling, spraying, brushing, etc.
Construction tools: material tray, palette knife, textured paper, short-hair roller, brush, water-based spray gun, etc.
Construction process: ①On the putty layer, roll one layer of inorganic anti-alkali primer and wait for it to dry;
②Roll the first layer of Yingdian inorganic paint and wait for it to dry;
During construction, the corners of the wall must be painted first. When the corners are not completely dry, roll a large area. It is advisable to apply the slurry evenly on the wall from the upper part to the lower part, from left to right, inside first and then outside, easy first and then difficult. Use a roller or spray gun to brush the slurry evenly on the wall. The force should be uniform and no coating should be missed; the brushing speed should be consistent and the force should be uniform to ensure uniform coating. When rolling, it is strictly forbidden to squeeze the construction with force when the roller does not absorb much material; when brushing, the number of back and forth brushing should not be too many to prevent bubbling or leaving brush marks; normal rolling construction must be rolled and collected. When recycling, the roller must be collected in the same direction. It is strictly forbidden to recycle and roll back and forth. For roller coating construction, try to choose a roller without dead angles. Try to stay close to the edge during construction; special areas such as yin and yang corners, skirtings, gypsum ceilings, etc. can use brushes for detailed repairs.
③Rolling the second coat of Yingdian inorganic coating.
Construction environment: It is not suitable for construction when the temperature is lower than 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80%.
Base treatment: Before construction, clean the surface of the base to be painted to ensure that the construction surface is clean, free of grease, floating dust, mold algae and other attachments; the construction surface must be flat and dry, without hollows, holes, protrusions, etc.; new gray sand, plaster, cement and other base surfaces (pH value is lower than 10, moisture content is lower than 10%) should be dried before construction.
During construction, please configure necessary protective and labor protection supplies according to local operating specifications, such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes.
Before construction, it should be fully stirred and used in a certain proportion. The preparation container must be clean and free of other chemical substances.
Please use clean water to clean the equipment in time during and after construction.

Precautions

If the product leaks, it can be covered with sand or soil for absorption.
For the treatment of pollutants after absorption, including cans and unused containers, they should be handled in accordance with local environmental protection standards.
Never discharge discarded paint waste into drains or water sources.
