Ossinite is a simple and elegant diatom art paint. The product has the characteristics of high hardness, wear resistance, scrub resistance, mildew resistance and antibacterial. Its texture is flat and delicate, which is very suitable for high-end home space decoration.

Technical parameters

 Theoretical dosage: about 0.6-0.8㎡/KG/finished product depending on the specific process. The actual construction area will vary due to different personal construction techniques and processes.
 Dilution ratio: It is not recommended to add water. A small amount can be added in summer according to actual conditions.
 Drying time: Depending on the actual construction process, the drying time varies.
 Maintenance time: 7 days/25℃, low temperature (not lower than 5℃) can be extended to obtain the ideal coating effect.

Usage

Construction method: batch coating, etc.
Construction tools: material tray, palette knife, textured paper, short-hair roller, brush, batch knife, crystal scrubbing board, etc.
Construction process: ①On the putty layer, roll-coat one time of penetration and sealing primer, and wait until it is completely dry;
②Roll-coat the first time of Imosha S primer, and wait until it is completely dry;
The primer needs to be the same color (the same color as the topcoat), and the materials need to be mixed evenly. When constructing, it is advisable to apply the slurry evenly on the wall from the upper part to the lower part, from left to right, from inside to outside, from easy to difficult, and use a roller or spray gun to evenly apply the slurry to the wall. The force should be uniform and no missing is required; after the primer is completed, the wall needs to be patched, and the primer must be applied after the patch is polished and smoothed; after the primer is rolled over a large area, the corners of the wall must be painted in place, and the coating surface must be allowed to dry and dry to the touch, and the topcoat can be applied only after the finger pressure is not sticky.
③Roll the second coat of Imosha S primer and wait for it to dry thoroughly;
④Scrape the first coat of Aojingshi and wait for it to dry thoroughly;
⑤Scrape the second coat of Aojingshi and then use a crystal scrubbing board to rub out the texture. When it is 70% to 80% dry, use a trowel to gently smooth it out until it is flat and dry thoroughly;
⑥Roll the inorganic diamond topcoat once.
Construction environment: It is not suitable to construct when the temperature is below 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80%.
Base treatment: Before construction, clean the surface of the base to be painted to ensure that the construction surface is clean, free of grease, floating dust, mold algae and other attachments; the construction surface must be flat and dry, without hollows, holes, protrusions, etc.; new base surfaces such as ash sand, plaster, cement (pH value below 10, moisture content below 10%) should be dried before construction.
During construction, please configure necessary protective and labor protection supplies according to local operating specifications, such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes.
Before construction, the paint should be fully stirred and used in a certain proportion. The mixing container must be clean and free of other chemical substances.
Please use clean water to clean the equipment in time during and after construction.

Precautions

If the product leaks, it can be covered with sand or soil for absorption.
