IMX378 12MP MIPI Camera Module

• The IMX378-AAQH5-C is a stacked CMOS active-pixel image sensor with a diagonal size of 7.857 mm (1/2.3-inch type) and an effective pixel count of 12.3 megapixels, featuring a square pixel array. By utilizing a back-illuminated pixel structure, it achieves high sensitivity and low-noise imaging (compared to conventional CMOS image sensors). This product is capable of capturing still images and video footage with a high dynamic range. The sensor is equipped with an electronic shutter featuring variable integration times. It operates using three sets of power supply voltages—2.8 V for the analog circuit, 1.05 V for the digital circuit, and 1.8 V for the I/O interface—thereby enabling low-power operation. Please note that this product is specifically designed for use in mobile phones and tablet computers.
