OV5640 Camera Module

• OV5640 is a high-performance 5-megapixel CMOS image sensor launched by OmniVision, designed for mobile devices, consumer electronics and embedded vision applications. The OV5640 sensor module adopts advanced 1/4-inch optical format and 1.4μm pixel size technology, supports high-definition image capture with a resolution of 2600×1920 (5MP), and can improve the image quality in low-light environments through pixel merging technology.

Cmos Camera Module

• The OV5640 2K HD camera module has a photosensitive array of 25921944 (i.e. 500W pixels), which can achieve the fastest image acquisition with a resolution of 2592*1944@30fps. The sensor module adopts OmniBSI (back side illumination) technology launched by OmniVision, which enables the sensor to achieve higher performance, such as high sensitivity, low crosstalk and low noise. The OV5640 wide-angle camera module integrates image processing functions, including automatic exposure control (AEC), automatic white balance (AWB), etc. At the same time, the sensor supports LED fill light, MIPI output interface and DVP output interface selection, ISP (image signal processing) and AFC (auto focus control) and other functions.
