The components of the equipment include a vacuum chamber (also known as a coating chamber), a vacuum pump system, an ionization source system, and an electronic control system. The principle is to ionize the corresponding target material into a plasma state through the ionization source in a vacuum environment, and under the action of an electric field, move at high speed to the surface of the coating substrate (stainless steel plate), and combine with the reaction gas during the process, ultimately forming a nanoscale compound film on the surface of the coated object, Different compounds can exhibit different colors to meet various decorative needs. Vacuum ion plating is a physical reaction process carried out in a vacuum environment. Compared to traditional water electroplating, it does not require electroplating solution as a medium and does not pollute the environment. Therefore, the application field is constantly expanding.
