Application:

1000Kn Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine, a type of tensile testing and material testing equipment, can test tensile strength, compressive strength, and elongation of various materials (both finished and semi-finished products). It can also perform stripping, tear strength, flexural, compression tests, etc. The machine can be connected to a computer to display or print test times, test values, maximum values, etc., and can generate various report forms as required.

2. The main machine features a lower-cylinder design, with the tensile testing space positioned above the main body and the compression/bending test space located between the lower crossbeam of the main machine and the worktable.

Overload protection:

When the test force exceeds 2%-5% of the maximum test force for each range, overload protection is activated, and the machine will stop.

When the piston rises to the upper limit position, travel protection is triggered, and the pump motor will stop.
