WAW-2000D Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine integrates a high-stiffness host, electro-hydraulic servo power source, electronic measurement system, and microcomputer control system.
The main frame features a high-stiffness four-column double-bar structure. Each load-bearing component is designed via finite element analysis and precision-machined for optimal strength.
The electronic measurement and microcomputer control system utilizes a new-generation high-performance intelligent full-digital controller. The control software employs advanced measurement and control algorithm combinations to accurately manage the entire test process, fully complying with domestic and international material testing standards.
The electro-hydraulic servo power source incorporates a patented load-adaptive adjustment and control system. It dynamically adjusts the oil pump output flow and system pressure based on load magnitude and test speed, minimizing system heating and energy consumption.
