GHG-25 is a 2.5 m plug-in serve-over counter for butcher shops and supermarket deli counters. Fresh meat and cooked food sit on the stainless-steel deck behind curved glass. Staff serve from the rear sliding doors. It is not an open air-curtain wall chiller, not a walk-in cold room, and not a glass-door upright freezer.
