Q: Is there oversea service for installation?
No. The cold room is easy to install. No need to do this. You can install by yourself within 3 hours, need to lock the PU panels and mounted monoblock. We also have the engineer to guide you on line and the on line installation video.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q:How you pack the panels to avoid the damage?
Our standard package: Plastic film package can protect the PU panels well, hard to tear.
FCL: plastic film package; LCL: plastic film package with wooden pallet.
Besides, we can also do the wooden packing if you need.
Q:How to calculate the electricity power of cold room?
If you use monoblock unit, the electricity power = input x hours
If you use split system, the electricity power = (Condensing unit input + evaporator input) x hours
In summer, hour is 18 hours. In winter, hour is 12 hours

One year warranty for PU panels and refrigeration unit.

Q:Can i freeze meat use cold storage room?
No, cold storage room temperature: -20 degrees. It is used for frozen meat storage. If you want to freeze meat, need to use blast freezer, blast freezer temperature: -35 degrees.
