Product Description - Working principle: Manual wire rope lever hoist is obtained by the lever wrench, and
the linear traction matched with the load is obtained by the
principle of the lever, and a caliper body acting on the movement
of the movement is alternately operated with a load.
- Scope of application: Manual wire rope lever hoist is suitable for operation in the
narrow area where the local space is limited. For field operations,
aerial work, lifting operations in the deep well operation of the
BYSM-618 3.2 wire rope hand hoist and the inorganic electric energy
supply site will show special advantages.
- How to use: The forward (backward) handle is first pulled to the machine, and
then the handle is released by hand to the front of the machine,
and the tip can be snapped into the upper step of the housing. At
this time, the upper and lower clamps in the front, rear clamps are
opened, and can be worn (pulled) through. Then the clamp can be
pushed forward and down to release the handle, so that the clamp
clamping wire rope (or reset) can be put into operation.
- Novel body structure: The machine adopts high-strength aluminum alloy body with
beautiful appearance, compact, small volume and light weight. Adopt
two-stage gear transmission, and the high-speed helical gear
transmission, so the transmission is stable and the noise is small.
- High strength parts: The main parts of the machine are made of high strength alloy
steel material and processed by many special heat treatment
processes. The upper and lower hooks are made of high-strength
alloy steel, which has very strong heat treatment. Even if the body
is damaged due to overloading, the hooks will only produce plastic
deformation without brittle fracture.
