Hydraulic Pump Station During the tile pressing process, the hydraulic pump station can control the action of the feed hydraulic cylinder and the pressing hydraulic cylinder to match the feed speed of the plate with the pressing speed, thus ensuring the continuity and stability of the tile pressing process.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes. Guide and position the feeding direction of the sheet to ensure that the sheet can enter the forming rollers of the tile press accurately and ensure that the tile press rolls the sheet evenly and accurately, thereby producing double-layer trapezoidal corrugated sheets that meet specifications and quality requirements.
