The uncoiler plays an indispensable role in the production process of the double-layer trapezoidal tile pressing machine. In the production process of color steel tiles, metal sheets are usually supplied in the form of rolls, and the primary function of the uncoiler is to smoothly and steadily unfold these tightly wound metal sheets.
Hydraulic Pump Station The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes. The control cabinet can be interconnected with other equipment,
such as working with the uncoiler, hydraulic pump station, etc., to
ensure the efficient and stable operation of the entire floor
decking forming machine system, providing a strong guarantee for
the production of high-quality floor decking. The feeding table also has a certain buffering function. When the upstream uncoiler or downstream forming equipment has a short speed fluctuation, the feeding table can maintain the continuity of material transportation through its own buffering mechanism to avoid production stagnation or plate damage caused by speed differences.
Shaft & Roller
Entering the forming stage, a series of forming rollers of
different shapes and specifications gradually cold-bend the plate
in sequence. They accurately shape specific waveforms, rib heights
and contours according to the design requirements of the floor
deck. Like skilled craftsmen, they precisely shape and contour the
specific shapes and contours required for glazed tiles. Pressing Section & Cutter The material of blade is CR12. After the metal sheet has gone through the uncoiling, leveling and precise forming process, the cutter begins to play its core function. It can accurately cut the continuously formed steel sheet according to the preset length. |
