the production of high-quality floor decking. Guide devices, such as guide rollers and guide plates, are usually installed on both sides or in the middle of the feed table. These guide devices can guide the plate to move in a specific direction, prevent the plate from running or deviating during the feeding process, ensure that the plate can accurately enter the roller gap of the tile press, and avoid problems such as poor profiling or equipment failure caused by plate deviation.
Shaft & Roller Rollers are the core components for shaping metal sheets into glazed tiles. In the initial stage of production, similar to the leveling process of the floor deck forming machine, rollers will perform preliminary processing on the unfolded metal sheets. By applying reasonable pressure and repeatedly rolling the sheets, the unevenness of the sheets during transportation or storage can be eliminated, so that they can reach a flatness suitable for subsequent fine processing.

A high-quality cutter can ensure that the cutting surface is flat and smooth without burrs, deformation and other defects, which is crucial to improving the installation convenience and overall aesthetics of the floor decking.
