R32 6° With CNC Milling Tungsten Carbide Threaded Reaming Button Bit

Description

Reaming drilling tools are used when a large diameter is needed to be reamed out after a pilot holes is drilled to a depth. We manufacture pilot reaming drilling tools, domed reaming button bits and adapter reaming button bits. Pilot reaming bits consist of pilot adapters and reaming bits, both domed bits and adapter reaming bits are integral. Dome bit is usually used when the pilot bit needs to enlarge the hole diameter after drilling to the specified depth.
Thread: R25, R28, R32, R38, T38, T45, T51
Pilot adapter diameter: 26mm ~ 40 mm.
Reaming button bit diameter: 64mm ~ 152mm.

This type of bit is used for making large cut holes in drifting and tunneling. A smaller hole is first drilled and then reamed to the final size in combination with a pilot adapter.
