This automatic welding and sealing machine is specifc manufactured for the workpiece which is filled with refrigerant and have a self-sealing joint. (This system does not support refrigerant charging for workpiece).

The working principle is through the automatic realization of the argon arc welding process, the effective control of the welding time and the welding position, the welding effect is well controlled to ensure the quality stability and consistency of the welding.

Working processes:

1. The operator installs the workpiece in position, then presses the OK button, and then the system’s automation process begins;

2. The system automatically crushes the workpiece;

3. The system automatically trims the workpiece;

4. The system automatically leads into the high-pressure gas, cleans the graphite layer, and then vacuums for secondary cleaning;

5. The argon arc welding torch automatically seals the workpiece, and after the sealing is completed, the signal light is on;

6. The operator presses the OK button and unloads the workpiece.
